History of the Firm Kenyon & Partners, Inc. began in 2001 as an MEP Engineering company but within a year formed a construction division and contracted over 2 million dollars in design/build work. In January 2007 we moved the engineering design staff into a new company named KPI Engineering, Inc. Seven years later we still have five partners who currently manage all aspects of the business and we have completed hundreds of design projects. Our partners are both professional engineers with 20 years of consulting experience and certified contractors with over 40 years of experience. KPI Engineering, Inc. has steadily grown its’ customer base to include schools, hospitals, local/state/federal governments, utility companies and all types of commercial facilities.
